The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 316 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner being brother in law of the informant (Devar) came to the informant and started molesting her. On protest being made by her, the petitioner attacked her with iron rod resulting into miscarriage of her three months old fetus.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged occurrence is of 31.10.2015, the present case was filed on 3.11.2015 after the lapse of three days. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that in the background of land

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 468 of 2015, pending in the Court of A.C.J.M, Barh. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
