2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 117(2), 118(2), 76, 109, 303(2)/352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and coaccused Md. Juddin assaulted informant with Dabia and iron rod causing him grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity and village politics. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 05.02.2025. Charge-sheet has been submitted.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea / concerned Court in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024.
