The present writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For direction to the respondent authorities to accept the dues rent and transfer the Shop No. F-13 (M/S Sukhdev Prasad) situated at Agriculture Produce Market Committee, Muzaffarpur to the name of the petitioner after the death of his father.

(ii) For grant of any other reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made representation to the authorities concerned for

Patna High Court CWJC No.8900 of 2023(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 payment of the rents vide Annexures - 3 series, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present CWJC is disposed off directing the authorities to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing and produce any record substantiate his claim that his father was allotted the subject premises. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt from the copy of this order.

4. Till such time, the orders are passed by the authority, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed off.
