The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jagdispur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the injuries of the victim Sanjay Sharma, who has suffered muscle deep grievous injuries on the head skull, no case for anticipatory bail is made out. This application is dismissed.
