2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.01.2023.

4. Petitioner is said to have committed theft of motorcycle in question and he is in custody since 30.01.2023. There is no recovery of the said motorcycle from possession of the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 42245 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Arwal in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022.
