The stand taken by the university in the counter affidavit that since the institution in question did not have NAAC accreditation could be correct with regard to the period when the decision was taken. But, since then, the institution has acquired the certification, a copy of which is available on record at page 78 of the writ application.

In view of the above, the matter is required to be reconsidered by the university and a decision must be taken within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.9539 of 2016 dt.03-10-2016 2/2 period of eight weeks from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order.

Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
