The petitioner-wife of the opposite party filed this petition for transfer of Matrimonial Case No.67 of 2018 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. The petitioner after her desertion resides at Patna in the house of her parents and she has got difficulty in attending the Court at Bhagalpur to pursue the matrimonial case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, Matrimonial Case No.67 of 2018 is ordered to be transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
