JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 The instant modification petition has been filed for extension of time for further two weeks to surrender in the court below by the petitioner who has already been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc.No.7132 of 2016 by order dated 09.03.2016. Accordingly, two weeks further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below, i.e., CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S.Case No.299 of 2015 from the date of receipt/ production of this order. The instant petition is disposed of to the aforesaid extent only.
