The present writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For the direction to the respondent authorities to accept the dues rent and transfer the Shor No. F-63 (Shivjee Prasad and Sons) situated at Agricultrue produce Market Committee, Muzaffarpur to the name of the petitioners after the death of his father.

(ii) For grant of any other reliefs to which the petitioners may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have already made a representation to the authorities concerned for payment of the rents vide Annexure - 3 series without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the authorities are directed to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioners shall be given an opportunity of hearing and produce any records to substantiate their claim that their father was allotted the subject premises. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt from the copy of this order.

4. Till such time, the orders are passed the authority, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposes off.
