This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No.664 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have committed the offence of loot from the informant.

The petitioners have clean antecedent. They are in custody since 29.03.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 664 of 2022. 7.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioners shall mark their presence in Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) Police Station, District - Jehanabad on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
