Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 247 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner, rather the allegations levelled are general and omnibus in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41291 of 2019(4) dt.18-01-2022 2/2 nature. No one has sustained any injury. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria (R.S.)
