The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perusal of the F.I.R. placed at Annexure-1 manifests that this petitioner has been charged with assault by farsa on Mukhlal Pandit and Bhuneshwar Pandit and which allegations find support from the injury reports.

Considering the circumstances, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.

The application is dismissed.

The petitioner may surrender and pray for regular bail and
