JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-06-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in the matter of implementation of the order passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Begusarai.

2. Earlier the petitioner approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 18227 of 2013, which was disposed of on 19.10.2017. In the light of the decision of this Court dated 19.10.2017, the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Begusarai issued direction on 15.03.2018. Thereafter the petitioner represented the authority for appropriate action in

Patna High Court CWJC No.12241 of 2019(2) dt.24-06-2019 2/2 the light of the decision of the Appellate Authority on 14.06.2018, but no decision has been taken as yet.

3. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision in the light of the decision of the Appellate Authority dated 15.03.2018. If the respondents are not satisfied with the order of the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Begusarai dated 15.03.2018, they will take the matter before the State Appellate Authority, but they cannot keep the matter pending for more than one year, despite the order passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Begusarai.

4. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to take appropriate decision in the light of the order of the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Begusarai dated 15.03.2018 within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
