The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perusal of the F.I.R. placed at Annexure-1 manifests that this petitioner has assaulted one Bhuneshwar Pandit by means of Bhala on the neck and thigh and which allegation finds support from the injury report.

Considering the circumstances, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.

The application is dismissed.

The petitioner may surrender and pray for regular bail and
