2. Petitioner is accused in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 291 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have fired on the informant, however it did not hit her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police after investigation has submitted charge-sheet. Petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the accusation and the fact that

No.44527 of 2024(2) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 no one has sustained fire arm injury, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 291 of 2023.
