This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Hisua P.S. Case No.215 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under section 8 of the POCSO Act. 3.

The petitioner is said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. He is in custody since 28.12.2024. 4.

Learned counsel for the parties have jointly submitted that the petitioner and the victim girl have got married with each other.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Nawada / concerned Court below, in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.215 of 2023.
