The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that actually the deceased died of electrocution, but for certain oblique reason, the petitioner has been made an accused.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State after perusal of the case diary submits that actually the doctor who conducted post-mortem examination on the body of the deceased opined that it was a case of electrocution and not otherwise. In view of the aforementioned facts and the materials surfaced in the case dairy, let the petitioner, in the event of his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27579 of 2016 (3) dt.20-08-2016 P2/2 arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 91/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
