JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2021 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to grant five years age relaxation to the petitioner, who belongs to the scheduled caste category for appointment on the post of Assistant Professor in pursuance to the advertisement issued by the Bihar State University Service Commission vide notification dated 21.09.2020.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Jitendra Kumar Roy, the learned SC-13 appearing for the State, seeks liberty to approach the Principal Secretary,

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today and in case, such a representation is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
