2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 883 of 2013.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner produces a demand draft bearing no. 30461 dated 27.09.2016 for Rs. 40,000/- (forty thousand only) drawn on United Bank of India, towards the remaining amount out of Rs. 2,11,000/-, which has been handed over to the complainant who is personally present in Court today. The complainant on her part undertakes to abide by the terms of settlement and take all necessary steps to fulfil her obligations in terms thereof as recorded in the Mediator's report dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40528 of 2014 (9) dt.28-09-2016 03.03.2016 in Mediation Proceeding No. 321 of 2015.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 04.03.2015 by this Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 883 of 2013 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Begusarai is hereby confirmed subject to the following conditions- (i) That the petitioner shall not indulge in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial.

(ii) That the petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned. Chandran/BT (Vikash Jain, J) U T
