1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant alleging that his daughter was killed by the accused persons as the dowry demand was not fulfilled, who was married to Ravi Ranjan Kumar.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated being sister-in-law of the

It is further submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the demand of dowry and torture is general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that petitioner is married sister in-law of the deceased and lives separately and the mother-in-law of the deceased has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned District Court itself.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIII, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P. S. Case No.347 of 2020, G.R. No.1974 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
