On 12.10.2022 learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for filing of supplementary affidavit. Time was granted but as per office report the supplementary affidavit has not been filed as yet. Previous day also no one appears on behalf of petitioner.

Provisional bail was granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.03.2022.

In this circumstance this Court has no option but to cancel the provisional bail and dismiss this case. Therefore, provisional bail granted to the petitioner
