ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-10-2015 It has been submitted that from the fact of first information report it appears that the case is more in the nature of property dispute. Even though the husband was not named in the first information report but subsequently cognizance was also taken against him. Seeing the implication of her husband the informant appeared before the Court below and gave statement that she has no grievance against her in-laws.

In view of such submission further proceedings including the order of none discharge dated 21.08.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in Sessions Trial No. 162 of 2012 arising out of Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 403 of 2011 is hereby set aside. The application stands allowed.
