The petitioners being the brother's wife, brother, married sister and maternal-grand-father of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the daughter of the informant was married to Ranjeet Jha about 11 years prior to the occurrence. After the marriage, the daughter of the informant came to know that husband of the victim has illicit relation with his sister-in-law (bhabhi). On protest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23893 of 2016 (2) dt.26-05-2016 being made, all the accused persons assaulted the daughter of the informant and killed her on 25.12.2015 thereafter disposed of her dead body.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family members. The thrust of accusation is against husband of the victim. Admittedly, the informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 250 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
