Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39503 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 406, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are not named in the First Information Report and allegation of extracting money is on Devendra Prasad Yadav who has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court dated 24.06.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17978 of 2014 and to deposit a sum of Rs.45,000/- in the court below. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioners, namely, Awadhesh Jha and Jagdish Raut, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.

157 of 2013 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
