The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ to consider the name of the petitioner for issuance of PDS license on compassionate ground.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall file a detailed representation along with averments made in the supplementary affidavit before the Sub Divisional Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.1050 of 2021(6) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 Bettiah within 10 days. In case, the petitioner does so, the same shall be considered by the Sub Divisional Officer, Bettiah keeping in view the entire facts and circumstances of the case and a detailed order shall be passed at the earliest, in any case, not later than six weeks.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
