2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 447, 504, 506, 354(B), 379, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the alleged date and time of occurrence, these petitioners alongwith co-accused Mansukh Kumar came at the house of informant and started abusing informant and his family members and on protest, after disrobing Rinku Devi and Puja Devi, they assaulted them and other family members and snatched ornaments of both aforesaid ladies.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. Doctor has found simple injury. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39116 of 2023(3) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 against these petitioners and rest of the allegation is ornamental. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 85 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
