This application has been filed for restoration of Civil Revision No. 1212 of 2008 which was dismissed for non prosecution vide order passed on 8.4.2013.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the sole respondent represented by Mr. Prem Kumar and taking into consideration the reasons assigned in support of the relief prayed, the order dated 8.4.2013 passed in Civil Revision No. 1212 of 2008 is recalled and the Civil Revision No. 1212 of 2008 is restored to its original file.

This application is allowed.
