JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 In the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 12.12.2013 passed by the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Complaint Case No. C 1929/2012 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points at the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1691 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 stage of framing of charge.
