139.44 crores = 1639.44 Crores.

(II) To direct the respondent authorities to make the audi9ting of the company through the Accountant General, (A.G) Bihar or through any other prestigious agency of the Government of India to stop the extravagancy of the Company officials. As the Company Officials including the Management of the Company are continuing with the extravagant expenditure, ignoring the deficit of the company that it has incurred in successive financial years and during the Financial Year-2019-2020 the deficit has grown to Rs. 1639.44 crores.

(III) To direct the respondent Authorities to refrain from increasing the charge of the units of electric consumption which is at present starting with Rupees 6 per unit onwards as the company can very well get over from the deficit/losses by efficient management of its affairs.

(IV) The respondent State especially respondent no. 1 Chief Secretary of Bihar be directed to appoint competent, specialized professional having knowledge of managing affairs of the company, as is done/made in the management of any professional company/Public Limited Company/Multinational Company so that Bihar State Power Holding Company Ltd and its subsidiary company may be professionally run and it may get overcome from huge losses that it is incurring

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to agitate the matter, subject matter of the instant lis, before the appropriate authorities, in accordance with law.

Permission granted.

Present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Also, if required, petitioner may approach this Court with greater particulars, if the need so arises subsequently.
