1. Heard Mr. Nakul Kumar Jamuar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Brajendra Nath Pandey, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manjhaul P. S. Case No. 22 of 2025 dated 01.03.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 127(1), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioners' counsel are that both the petitioner are ladies and against them, there is simple allegation of having assaulted the informant by means of danda, as per his injury report the informant sustained

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39529 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 simple injuries and the petitioners have fair and clean antecedent. It is further submitted that both the parties are agnates and they have amicably settled the dispute and in the present time, a good relation has been restored in between them.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioners.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by petitioners' counsel, this court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Manjhaul P. S. Case No. 22 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
