In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences punishable under sections 406, 409, 420 and 120 B of the I.P.C and section 3 (X) of SC/ST Act.

At the very out set it has been submitted that in this case the parties have compromised the case and accordingly compromise petition has been filed vide Annexure-2 and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. As submitted, compromise has arrived at between the parties and as such the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail and in that case after verifying

No.42254 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 genuineness of the compromise petition the petitioner shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond to the satisfaction of the court concerned i.e, Sri A. Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
