2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwan Bajar P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 384, 354, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioner started damaging the pillars of the informant and demanded Rs. 1 lakh from him as extortion money. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted knife blows at the hands of Shobrati Hussain.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely

The members of defense side including the petitioner himself became badly injured. He has submitted further that in counter case, the accused persons have been granted bail by this Court.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the fact that there is case and counter case relating to land dispute and the petitioner himself has been injured badly, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Class at Saran in connection with Bhagwan Bajar P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
