Counsel for the petitioners submits that this court has occasion to consider the issue involved in the present writ petition earlier in CWJC No. 4535 of 2017 and CWJC No. 9185 of 2017 and orders were passed in those cases and as such this writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of the orders passed in those cases. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners and pass appropriate order in accordance with the order passed by this Court on 1.12.2017 and 7.12.2017 in CWJC Nos. 4535 and 9185 of 2017 respectively within a maximum period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
