JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2022 The limited prayer in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Sugauli, District-East Champaran i.e. respondent no. 6 to dispose off the pending Encroachment Case No. 9 of 2019-20.

The learned counsel for the State submits that the aforesaid encroachment case shall definitely be taken to its logical conclusion.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1052 of 2021(2) dt.22-07-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 6 to dispose off the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 9 of 2019-20, in accordance with law, and after hearing the affected parties by passing a final order within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
