Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chakand P.S.Case No.10 of 2019 dated 1.2.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 406, 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be the Chairman of the Trustee Committee of Shanti Raj Educational Trust that he got appointed one of his person and in collusion with him, he has committed several misdeeds and misappropriation in the school of crores of rupees. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the informant is the Secretary of the Trustee School and the petitioner happens to be the Chairman, as such it is pure

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35313 of 2019(3) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 case of the dispute between the parties with respect to controlling of the School and making false allegation, this case has been filed. Petitioner is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him. .

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Gaya in connection with Chakand P.S.case No.10 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to cooperate in the investigation, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
