2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023 dated 11.03.2023, lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected twice vide orders dated 08.11.2023 & 16.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 58786 of 2023 & 86248 of 2023 respectively. Counsel further submits that on earlier occasion, progress report has been called for and from the report, it transpires that the case is fixed for argument and next date was fixed on 27.07.2024. Counsel submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the case is on final stage for argument.

5. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023, pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Aurangabad is hereby rejected.

7. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within 30 days from the date of receiving of the order. And if, within the said period, the trial shall not be concluded, then it is directed to release the petitioner.
