2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that three unknown miscreants entered in the shop of the informant and on gun point, looted jewellery worth Rs. 3,00,000/- and cash of Rs. 8,500/-

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown miscreants. During course of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37130 of 2026(2) dt.15-06-2026 2/2 investigation, one Rohit Kumar was apprehended. He has given his confessional statement and in his confessional statement, the name of this petitioner has surfaced. It has further been submitted that save and except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Till today, no T.I.P. has been conducted. No any recovery has been made from his possession. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 09.03.2026.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Ist, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Kathara) P.S. Case No. 590 of 2025.
