JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-05-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Senior Counsel for the respondents-Bank. A letter, dated 04.05.2016, addressed to the petitioner, issued by the Chief Manager, Punjab National Bank, has been brought on record by learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Bank, which shows that an amount of Rs. 37,116.06/- has been deposited in the account of the

Patna High Court MJC No.2019 of 2016 dt.18-05-2016 2/2 petitioner, maintained at Ara Branch of Punjab National Bank. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the said communication, so far, has not been received by her. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the said communication does not indicate the basis for calculation. However, upon perusal of the said letter, I am of the view that the order of this Court, dated 19.05.2015, passed in CWJC No. 8535 of 1999, violation of which has been complained of in the present contempt proceeding, has been complied with. This application is, accordingly, dismissed. However, it is observed that if the petitioner demands from the Bank the calculation for the payments so made, the same shall be supplied to her within a period of two months from the date she makes such demands.

Let the letter, dated 04.05.2016, be kept on record.
