The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.387 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A), 370(4), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the statement made by the victim under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. where she has stated that the petitioner has not abducted, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
