The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Jai Nagar P.S. Case No. 182 of 2011 registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 470, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they were appointed in the year 2006 as Block teachers but all of a sudden in the year 2011 their services were terminated on the basis of some report made on an enquiry conducted behind the back of these petitioners for which a first information report was registered stating that they had produced false and forged certificates for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40560 of 2014 (2) dt.25-03-2015 securing their appointments. It is further submitted that the petitioners were never asked to explain and have never been informed as to which certificate of theirs was forged and fabricated and yet their services have been terminated for no fault of theirs.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioners have already been terminated from service on account of the present F.I.R., let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Subir Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Jai Nagar P.S. Case No. 182 of 2011, G.R. No. 2283 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
