2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 158 of 2023, registered for offence punishable under Sections 7, 25 (1-a), 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, 350 swords were recovered from a bus, to which the petitioner is alleged to be owner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and the alleged swords are belonging to him. He has submitted further that though the aforesaid swords are for decorative purpose and not for use as arms.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 158 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
