This Appeal has been preferred by the Appellant against the Judgment dated 18.03.2016 passed by the 1st Additional sessions Judge, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Sessions Trial No. 682 of 2008, whereby the learned Sessions Judge acquitted the respondent nos. 2 to 8 from the charges under sections 304(B) and 201/34 I.P.C.
