2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, criminals were arrested while preparing to commit dacoity. The recovery from the petitioner is of knife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2023 and he has been subsequently made accused on the basis of suspicion in two cases mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023.

7. This is also subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Chapra Mufassil Police Station, District- Saran at Chapra on first Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below.
