2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 155 of 2026 for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 303(2), 109, 76, 352, 351(1) and 3(5) of the BNS lodged on 11.03.2026 by the informant, Anil Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that due to the land dispute, after abuse, the accused resorted to assault. Allegation is that on the order of Kallu Rai, Rohit Kumar assaulted the informant with iron rod causing injury on the head. Further, Meena Devi was also assaulted and her modesty was outraged. Allegation against this petitioner is of assaulting the informant's mother with stick causing injury to the right leg. While Raushan Kumar assaulted the informant's

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37670 of 2026(2) dt.01-07-2026 2/3 sister, Pushpa Kumari on the head, Putul Kumari assaulted Manish Kumari with lathi. Further, Rita Devi and Sarita Devi assaulted her sister, Pushpa Kumari. Injured were taken to the hospital which led to the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a perusal of the FIR would show that each and every family members have been roped in including the female inmates, there is case and counter-case, the injury inflicted by her has not been found grievous and she has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer submitting that allegation against her is of assaulting the informant's mother.

6. Taking into account the submissions of the parties as also that she do not have criminal antecedent and is a lady, in that background, this Court is inclined to extend her the privilege of anticipatory bail with conditions.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 155 of 2026 subject to the following conditions:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37670 of 2026(2) dt.01-07-2026 3/3 (i) one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioner who shall provide official document (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/Pan Card/Driving License) to show his/her bona fide;

(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of her bail bond by the Trial Court itself;

(iii) the petitioner shall be appearing before the Police Station as and when required for cooperating in the investigation;

(iv) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;

(v) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of her bail bonds. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U T
