The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, two live cartridges were said to have been recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05-10-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Two live cartridges are recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36507 of 2019(2) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 353 of 2018.
