JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to add District Magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas as respondent no. 8 to the present writ petition. The same be done during the course of the day. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation regarding his grievance mentioned in the writ petition, before the newly added respondent no. 8.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11545 of 2017 (2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the newly added respondent no. 8 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no. 8 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter, failing which, the concerned authority shall be visited with penal consequences. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. .
