JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ) 24-04-2019 After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we find no reason to deviate from our usual order whereunder in case of seizure of illicit liquor of more than 30 liters, we had consistently imposed the conditions in all the cases directing the petitioner to furnish a bank guarantee. In the order dated 18.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13727 of 2018, we had directed the petitioner to furnish bank guarantee to the satisfaction of District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Muzaffarpur.

Patna High Court MJC No.3752 of 2018(3) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties in this case, we find that the District Magistrate has sought a bank guarantee of Rs.4,10,000/-. We find no reason to interfere with the same. It is for the petitioner to comply with the said order. The application stands disposed of.
