2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 12 of 2025 dated 15.01.2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 105 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on the date of occurrence the wife of the informant was going to collect grass from her own field and when she reached at the medh of the field, she came in contact with open electric wire and died due to electric shock. The electric wire was installed by F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that the death of victim has occurred due to electric shock, as is mentioned in the F.I.R. itself and this very electric wire was not installed by the accused persons, rather, the electric wire was installed by the electricity department and the said electricity wire fell down in the field of the petitioner due to bad weather and the informant's wife received electric shock while crossing the field. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of said wire which fell in the field of the petitioner and due to electrocution the wife of the informant died. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2025, having no criminal antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Learned A.P.P for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing
