Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 409, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Gaurichak P.S.Case No. 169 of 2019.

As per allegation, the petitioner was appointed as Shiksha Mitra after furnishing fabricated intermediate marksheet. According to the mark-sheet, her total marks in intermediate examination is 544. In Chemistry-II paper, it has

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has secured 544 marks in intermediate examination and, in this respect, a certificate has been obtained from A.N. College, Patna. At the time of argument, he has submitted that the certificate given by the Principal, A.N.College, Patna shows that the petitioner secured total 544 marks in the intermediate examination.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the Principal himself has stated that the petitioner has obtained 544 marks in the intermediate examination, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S.Case No. 169 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
