2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 of IPC.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner is alleged to have cheated customers by issuing forged flight tickets through his travel agency and to have fraudulently taken money from the informant at the pretext of employment. Later on, the cheques issued by the petitioner to the informant were dishonoured by the Bank.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37613 of 2025(5) dt.24-12-2025 2/2 that the petitioner is ready to refund Rs. 75,000/- to the informant, to which the learned counsel for the informant agrees.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, I/C, Kishanganj / concerned court below in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
6. The petitioner shall pay Rs. 75,000/- to the informant at the time of furnishing of the bail bond. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
